Hotep and Welcome

The concept of the Association for the Study of Classical African Civilization (ASCAC) culminated in 1984 with the first national meeting at Los Angles Southwest Community College. Strong scholars from all over the country came together to form this umbrella organization designed to build African-Centered study groups and further strengthen existing African institutions.
